Dr. Gihan Elsharkawy is a Mental Health and Clinical Psychology Consultant and the founder of “Mothers of Egypt and the Arab World,” a major awareness initiative that has impacted over 60,000 beneficiaries across Egypt and the Arab region. She holds leadership roles in several Arab and international organizations and has delivered extensive training and awareness programs in mental health, positive parenting, and family counseling. Dr. Elsharkawy is an active academic lecturer, conference speaker, and media contributor, with strong engagement in community development and social responsibility initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from the Evangelical Theological Seminary

An experienced and dedicated pastor with a strong academic background in theology. He founded and led the Baptist Church in Al-Nour City, Cairo, contributing significantly to its spiritual growth and community service.
He served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Broadcasters Union and made notable media contributions as a regular columnist for Al-Ahram Egyptian newspaper. He also prepared and presented “The Golden Apple” program on Al-Karma Channel.
He served as Head of the Constitution Preparation Committee and the Judicial Committee of the Baptist Convention and received an honorary shield from the Egyptian State Council in recognition of his outstanding service.
He is the author of the book “Did Jonah Die in the Belly of the Whale?” and has participated in conferences across Egypt, Europe, Arab countries, and the Americas.

Specialized in Oracle systems, digital transformation, and operational optimization.

Francisco Luis Cuadros Moya has more than 40 years of professional experience in information technology, business organization, and international management consulting. He has held senior executive and leadership positions in multinational companies across Spain, Italy, Egypt, France, the United States, and Brazil.
He has led strategic projects in industry, insurance, real estate, agriculture, and energy sectors, and supervised the implementation of ERP, CRM, and production systems in complex, multilingual environments.
As an independent consultant, he has advised Spanish and Egyptian companies on business development and market entry in Arab and European regions. He is recognized for his strong analytical skills, decision-making capacity, and ability to design highly efficient and innovative solutions.
